Manaky Lda was established in 2014 as a consulting company in Mozambique.
Manaky provides consulting services in the area of (1) private sector development, (2) agriculture, forest, and environment, and (3) transport and corridor development.
With our vision of “Unity of Knowledge and Action”, Manaky has been developing projects of Nacala Industrial Park in partnership with the government (APIEX and CFM) as well as ARR/REDD project in Tete Province.

ORGANIZATION
Dr. Akiko Abe is a founder of Manaky Lda. She obtained a PhD on Development Study in University of London (SOAS) with over 20 years’ professional experience at JBIC, JICA, international consulting firm, and JETRO Maputo.
Manaky has around 35 project- based consultants, including economists, agricultural and forest experts, civil engineers, sociologist, GIS, environmental specialists, etc.
Manaky is registered as a consultant undertaking an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and a forest inventory survey in Ministry of Agriculture, Environment, and Fish. Manaky is registered in VCS-Verra Standard.
