REDD+ Project
Our REDD+ Project aims to stop deforestation, restore forest and biodiversity, and generate more sustainable income for communities, substituting income from unsustainable use of natural resources.
The Project is locate in 5 districts of Tete Province, Mozambique, and aims to generate carbon credits of more than 1 million ton CO2. Manaky completed a feasibility study on November 2024.
ALM Project
Our ALM project, Sustainable Agricultural Land Management and Empowerment of Women in Mozambique, aims to reduce the GHG emission resulting from the improved ALM practices such as avoiding biomass burning and applying organic fertilizers, which increase soil fertility and productivity.
